Some people may want to take things on a week to week basis, based on progress, others may want to choose the monthly option because its more financially doable! Whatever option you choose, i promise will yield results! Please specify if you intend on doing this virtually or in person. I am willing to meet clients based on where they are at location wise! 1:1 Coaching sessions for 1 hour intervals, every week! Starting at $55.00! Clients can add and drop sessions as they go & progress. At the end of each month we will evaluate progress together and see how to further our sessions, or discontinue should they desire.
